You’ve heard, and maybe even uttered, the slogan “rosé all day,” but are you living it?

There’s plenty of summer left to enjoy what many have called the drink of the summer: rosé.

Check out these rosé cocktails that are perfect for sipping poolside, at the oceanfront, or even at your backyard BBQ this summer.

Looking for a refreshing cocktail that has the perfect balance of sweet and sour? This Rosé Aperol Spritz will do the trick!

Ingredients:

¾ cup passion fruit juice, chilled

¼ cup Aperol

¼ cup fresh lime juice

4 teaspoons sugar

1 750ml bottle sparkling rosé, chilled

Ruby red grapefruit wedges (for serving)

What says summer more than a grapefruit cocktail? You’ll need a blender for this but, trust us, it’ll be worth the effort.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rosé

1/2 cup ruby red grapefruit juice

1 1/2 cups ice

Mint and grapefruit slices to garnish

Fresh strawberries and rosé? This drink is as appetizing as it is delicious!

Ingredients:

1½ parts Ruffino Sparkling Rosé

1 part cognac

¾ parts lemon juice

¾ parts strawberry puree

1 dash rose water

Fresh strawberries

Sangria is always a popular summer drink, but adding rosé, bourbon and all of the fruit gives this sangria an intriguing mix of flavors.

1 cup pink grapefruit juice

3/4 cup bourbon

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup Chambord

2 cups watermelon balls

1 1/2 cups fresh sliced strawberries

6 ounces fresh raspberries

While it’s made up of mostly basic ingredients, if you’re looking for a more sophisticated summer cocktail, this is the one for you.

Ingredients:

3 parts Ruffino Sparkling Rosé

1 part vodka

¾ parts lemon juice

¾ parts simple syrup (or spice this up by making blackberry simple syrup)

1 egg white

Fresh blackberries
